As your local Forum, we remain committed to representing Medway Parent and Carer voices, and are asking if you could take the time to answer the survey’s linked below.
These surveys includes the same questions shared by the government consultation. Because there are 39 questions to the survey we will be asking a few of these questions each week before the 12-week consultation period is over to collect your answers. The survey below includes the fourth, fifth and sixth question. If you would like your say, please take the time to reply to the survey
