The Medway Therapeutic Alliance support children and young people’s emotional wellbeing from the age of 5- 18 (inclusive of their 19th birthday), up to 25 years for those with SEND or care leavers. This webinar is an opportunity for families to find out what the Alliance is, why it has been created, and how it aims to make support easier to access and more joined‑up across Medway.
We’ll explain the types of help available, how services work together, and what this means for children, young people and parents/carers. Including how to refer, and where to go for advice or next steps.
This session is suitable for parents, carers and family members who want to better understand mental health and wellbeing support in Medway.
