Terms & Conditions – Satisfaction of SEND Services Survey Prize Draw

November– December 2025

Prizes

Three prizes of £50 Amazon e-Vouchers.

Eligibility

• Open to Medway parents/carers who have completed the MPCF SEND Survey 2025.
Excludes Trustees, Volunteers, Employees/Contractors of Medway Parents & Carers Forum, and their immediate family members.

Entry Rules

• Closing date: 11:45 PM GMT on 22^nd December 2025.
• Only one entry per person, even if the survey is completed for multiple children.

Winner Selection

• Winners will be chosen at random using an online randomiser at 10:00 AM on 23^rd December 2025.
• The draw will be recorded and shared publicly.
• Winners will be notified by end of day on 23^rd December 2025 via the email address provided in the survey.

Prize Delivery

• Amazon e-Vouchers will be sent to the email address provided on the survey as soon as confirmation has been received.
• Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

Publication of Winners

• The winner’s name (title and surname only) will be published in the MPCF newsletter and on social media with prior permission.
• A full list of winners is available on request.

Data Protection

• Personal data collected (name, email address) will be used solely for administering the prize draw.
• MPCF complies with UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

Disqualification

• Entries that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions or are incomplete will be disqualified.

Right to Amend or Cancel

• The promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the prize draw if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.

Jurisdiction

• This prize draw and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
