Thank you to all those that attended our coffee morning and Zoom this last week with expert at hand lead, Marie Woolston. Now, we are gathering the views of parent carers to help shape the development of Experts at Hand in Medway.
Experts at Hand aims to provide earlier access to specialist advice and support, improve joined-up working between services and involve families from the beginning.
